KISSS Ebb and Flow MAT is an extremity low maintenance irrigation system for any greenhouse or nursery application with the main emphasis being on system flushing, winterization, and filtration system cleaning.
During the freezing months KISSS Ebb and Flow MAT systems are flushed or drained to prevent damage to the lines.
Flushing
The drip tape within the side sleeves of KISSS Ebb and Flow MAT must be flushed once per year to prevent any type of debris that may have entered the KISSS line through the filter from clogging emitters. This can be done by simply removing end caps and letting the system run for a short time.
Filtration System Cleaning
Filtration system must be cleaned when dirty in order to keep the system running correctly. Disc filters are recommended if you don't already have a central filtration system or sand filter.
